Jose the Assistant says RUSH never thought about going anywhere else.
On July 24, former ROH World Champion RUSH posted a video in which he signed a new contract and hugged AEW CEO Tony Khan. In the post, he stated that he was "100% AEW", and he made it clear that he would be "All Elite" for some time to come.
Jose the Assistant subsequently commented on the news by noting that RUSH re-signed with AEW because of how much concern Khan showed for RUSH's wife and newborn child. He stated that seeing how much Khan cared solidified the deal for RUSH, as family is important to him.
Jose also wrote that there were other offers, but RUSH never considered going anywhere else.

RUSH has competed for AEW and ROH since he made his AEW debut at AEW Double or Nothing 2022. He hasn't appeared on AEW TV since the May 26 episode of AEW Rampage. RUSH last wrestled at AAA TripleMania XXXI: Tijuana.
