Josh Barnett offers his services to AEW.
AEW has drawn criticism for its backstage environment, as there have been multiple reports of physical confrontations backstage. Most recently, CM Punk and Jack Perry got into a confrontation backstage at AEW All In, and the incident ultimately led the company to terminate Punk's contract and suspend Perry indefinitely.
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett, who has also competed for NJPW, GCW, TNA, has commented on the situation. He took to social media and noted that it seemed like the AEW locker room needs someone to establish order and reign in the chaos. Barnett wrote that if Tony Khan needs someone to keep discipline and sort out conflict, he'd be willing to take the job.
Barnett, a former King of Pancrase, stated that there would not be any random fights, and nobody would ask him if he'd like to "take it outside."
Just a thought: Seems like the AEW locker room is in need of someone to establish some order and reign in the chaos.

I can promise you there won't be random fights and anyone asking…
When one fan responded by saying Barnett should let the wrestlers "settle it with Pancrase rules on live TV," he noted that having workers "shoot", either in public or in private and in a controlled environment, would not be a bad idea.
Barnett also wrote that this potential role wouldn't just entail being a "shooter", as he stated that some issues can't be solved with fighting. However, he wrote that he is a veteran who has trained with the best, including Antonio Inoki. Barnett stated that he knows all sides of the business.
