Judgment Day (Finn Balor & Damian Priest) Win The Undisputed Tag Titles At WWE Payback 2023

It took a No DQ stipulation, Dominik Mysterio, JD McDonagh, Rhea Ripley, and the Money in the Bank briefcase. Still, Damian Priest and Finn Balor are now the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn requested a Steel City Street Fight at WWE Payback, and in the end, that stipulation was their downfall as Judgment Day was allowed to use everything at their disposal and everyone close to them to overcome the champions and walk out with gold.

The Street Fight saw the action take place all over the PPG Paints arena in Pittsburgh and despite seemingly overcoming the odds and Sami Zayn hitting a Helluva Kick on Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio was able to hit Zayn with the Money in the Bank briefcase, allowing Finn Balor to roll over and pin Zayn for the victory. This was also after interference from Rhea Ripley and JD McDonagh saving Damian Priest from a pinfall.

Now, all members of Judgment Day have gold, as Dominik Mysterio is still the NXT North American Champion and Ripley is still Women's World Champion. Priest is also able to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase at any point for a WWE World Championship opportunity.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn held the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship for 154 days after defeating Jimmy and Jey Uso on the first night of WrestleMania 39.
