Jushin "Thunder" Liger To Compete At NJPW Super J-Cup

New Japan Pro Wrestling announced that the legendary Jushin "Thunder" Liger will compete at the upcoming Super J Cup events in August. He will not be competing in the tournament itself.

Jyushin Thunder Liger will be in action at the Super J-Cup!

Jyushin Thunder Liger to wrestle in Tacoma, San Francisco, Long Beach for the SUPER J-CUP 2019.

Back in June, the Super J-Cup was announced as returning, with Jyushin thunder Liger as producer. The tournament will take place in the US for the first time!

We’re proud to announce that Liger himself will be wrestling on all three events during the Super J-Cup! Liger will not be participating in the tournament itself, but will be in action on August 22 in Tacoma, August 24 in San Francisco and August 25 in Long Beach. Don’t miss out on one of the last chances to see the living legend that is Liger wrestle live before he retires at the Tokyo Dome in January 2020!
