Keith Lee has faith that he will return to WWE TV.
Responding to a fan on Twitter who remarked that they missed Lee, the Superstar replied by saying that he misses everyone as well and that he will fight like no other to return. His full reply can be seen below.
I miss you guys, as well as all the others that expressed this sentiment... whether in dm's, tweets, or comments. I miss you all.

But do not fret. I will fight like no other to return...and when I do, we got a LOT of ground to cover. -- #Leegion https://t.co/wqhjwu96tB
Lee's last match on Raw came on February 8 when he defeated Matt Riddle.
He was scheduled to wrestle at WWE Elimination Chamber in a triple threat match for the United States Title but was pulled from the match the day of due of. WWE said that he was suffering from an injury, but didn't offer further explanation.
Recently, Fightful Select provided the following update on Keith Lee after he's missed almost two months of in-ring action:
Keith Lee hasn't been seen on WWE Raw in well over a month, and Fightful was able to clarify why. While it is true that Keith Lee isn't currently factored in to WWE creative plans at the moment, this isn't a case similar to Andrade or Aleister Black where he's simply not used. Lee was sidelined for health reasons in February, and WWE have not cleared him for a return as of yet. Lee underwent some testing following being sidelined, and WWE sources have indicated that he is actively trying to get cleared. WWE had discussed plans for him to win the WWE United States Championship before he was removed from the WWE Elimination Chamber show. He was later replaced by John Morrison, as WWE sources told us, because the match with Lashley and Riddle being a triple threat was "integral." As we saw, WWE was protecting Lashley from taking a pinfall ahead of his WWE Title run.
Last month, Lee said that one day he would explain it all to the ones true to him. It is currently unknown when he will be returning to action.
