Fresh off her debut on Dynamite, Kris Statlander will look to secure her first singles win in AEW.
Signed for the December 4 edition of Dynamite is a match between Statlander and top ranked contender Hikaru Shida. This will also be Statlander's first singles match on Dynamite.

Statlander recently started appearing on AEW on a regular basis, beginning with a loss to Britt Baler and Riho in a tag team match on an episode of AEW Dark where Statlander teamed with Big Swole. Statlander then teamed with Shida on the November 27 episode of Dynamite where the pair lost to Bea Priestley and Emi Sakura.
Shida has been on a roll as of late, winning her last three singles matches on AEW programming against Shanna, Big Swole and Baker. In the most recent AEW Rankings, Shida was named the No. 1 contender to the AEW Women's Championship, currently being held by Riho.
Already announced for Dynamite this week are the following matches:
- Jon Moxley vs. Joey Janela
- Pentagon Jr. vs. Christopher Daniels
- Trent vs. Fenix
- Dustin Rhodes and The Young Bucks vs. Sammy Guevara, Santana and Ortiz
