Kurt Angle Loves That IMPACT Wrestling Is Going Back To The 'TNA Wrestling' Name

Kurt Angle comments on the return of TNA Wrestling.

At IMPACT Bound For Glory 2023, it was announced that the promotion would be returning to its iconic TNA Wrestling branding beginning in January with TNA Hard to Kill. Part of the early success of TNA Wrestling was the signing of Kurt Angle in 2006. Angle would go on to spend more time in TNA than he ever did in WWE, spending a decade in TNA before returning to WWE in 2017.

On the latest episode of his podcast, Kurt Angle briefly reacted to the news of IMPACT rebranding to TNA Wrestling and Kurt says he is a big fan of the brand going back to the name that he signed with in 2006.

"I think it's a great idea. I mean, that's what the fans were into back then. It gives them a feel that they're coming back, you know? The old-school TNA is coming back and I love that," said Kurt.
