Kylie Rae Announces That She Is No Longer Wrestling

Kylie Rae has announced that she is no longer a professional wrestler.

On her Patreon page, Rae stated that she is currently unwell and that she is no longer wrestling, apologizing "for all the pain" she's caused. This was the first time she has commented on her recent absence ever since she did not appear at IMPACT Wrestling's Bound For Glory pay-per-view on October 24.

Raw was supposed to face Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo, but was replaced by Su Yung. IMPACT left things open ended at their recent tapings in case she came back.

Below is her announcement:

Good morning,

I'm truly sorry for the pain I've caused and miscommunication, I am currently unwell.

I'm also sorry that I wasn't able to get this out before your monthly subscription charge.

I wanted to take this time to say I am no longer a professional wrestler and am currently taking a break from social media. It's been a very hard decision to make but please understand.

When I am well, I will try to fulfill any obligations that have missed.

During this time, most tiers will not be able to be fulfilled, please feel free to unsubscribe from this membership/PatreonAccount.

Thank you for your understanding. <3

Kylie Rae also left All Elite Wrestling last year after only a handful of official appearances with the company. She spoke with Fightful earlier this year about her decision to sign with IMPACT, and made no bones about the fact that she wasn't a "long-term" type of person.

"Currently I signed a long term contract. But, yeah after that, we’ll see where that goes. But, I’ve been saying since the day I started training, “I’ve got about two years left in me.” So, now it’s seven years later," she said.

Rae's last match for IMPACT was on the October 13 episode of IMPACT Wrestling when she defeated Kimber Lee.
