- Joe Tessitore & Wade Barrett welcomed the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
- Randy Orton & Nick Aldis were in the ring for a promo, with Orton even teasing Aldis to face him at WrestleMania 41, but they were interrupted by The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Solo Sikoa). Sikoa & Tonga attacked Orton, but LA Knight made the save.
- WWE Women's Tag Team Championship - #1 Contenders Tag Team Gauntlet: Lyra Valkyria & Bayley def. Kayden Carter & Katana Chance, Pure Fusion Collective (Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark), B-Fab & Michin, Maxxine Dupri & Natalya, and The Secret Hervice (Piper Niven & Alba Fyre).
- Damian Priest made his entrance for his face-off with Drew McIntyre, but McIntyre attacked Priest. McIntyre then took off his eye patch before spiking Priest into the stairs with a vicious Future Shock DDT.
- #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommasso Ciampa) watched footage from their match last week and complained about them being screwed as Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson).
- Rey Fenix def. Berto (w/ Santos Escobar).
- Legado del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Angel & Berto), spoke backstage with Escobar, telling him he needed to lock in. As Escobar & Angel left, Andrade tried to console Berto, but he was told to mind his business.
- Zelina Vega def. Chelsea Green via Count-out.
- There was a video vignette hyping up the match between Naomi and Jade Cargill at WrestleMania 41.
- Cody Rhodes came to the ring for a promo, with all the previous versions of the WWE Championship on display for the segment. Rhodes talked about the lineage of the title before declaring he would not let John Cena retire the belt with him. Rhodes said Cena's time might be up, but the WWE Title was immortal and it would stay with him.
- Byron Saxton interviewed Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins), but they were interrupted by The Miz & Carmelo Hayes, who said they would bring the Tag Division back into prominence.
- Tiffany Stratton def. Roxanne Perez.
- Charlotte Flair attacked Stratton after the match.
- Randy Orton & LA Knight def. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga).
- Jacob Fatu attacked Knight after the match. Fatu held the WWE United States Title to end the broadcast.
