Lars faded to black and so did his jaw.
Two Saturday's ago at NXT TakeOver: Chicago II, the Rocky Mountain monster Lars Sullivan had his sights set on delivering punishment to Aleister Black and taking Black's NXT Championship. Sullivan stepped inside of the 'Allstate Arena' with the mindset of being the first man to pin Aleister Black in singles competition and to also be the man to end Aleister's embryotic reign as NXT Champion.
Sullivan was not successful in his endeavors as he met the same fate as the others who have challenged Black before him--they faded to black. Sullivan was caught with a "Black Mass" and tamed by "The Dutch Destroyer".
During tonight's episode of NXT TV, it was revealed that Lars suffered a "broken jaw" during the match by way of the striking etiquette of Aleister Black.
