Lars Sullivan Makes Main Roster Debut On WWE Raw; Lays Out Kurt Angle

The Freak has arrived.

The Raw after WrestleMania always comes with surprises and no one was more surprised than Kurt Angle when Lars Sullivan showed up. Angle had just dispatched of Baron Corbin and was milking one last celebration from the WWE Universe when the familiar screams of Sullivan's theme hit the speakers. Sullivan made his way down the to ring, looked Kurt eye-to-eye and then laid out the Olympic Gold Medalist with the Freak Accident. Sullivan then headed to the top rope, delivering a diving headbutt to the now-retired Angle.

Sullivan's move to the main roster has been promoted since Survivor Series 2018 when vignettes began airing for the former NXT Title challenger. He was reportedly scheduled to debut on the Jan. 7 episode of Raw, but reportedly suffered a panic attack prior to the event.

In March it was reported that Lars was in "a good place mentally" and that he began seeking help from mental health professionals immediately.
