The full list of surprise entrants, meaning superstars who did not declare or were advertised beforehand, is below.
- Former NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez entered at number three. This was her third appearance in the women's Royal Rumble.
- B-Fab entered at number six. She is active on WWE SmackDown, but did not declare beforehand.
- Zoey Stark entered at number eight. She is active on WWE Raw and a member of Pure Fusion Collective, but did not declare beforehand.
- Lash Legend entered at number nine. She is active on WWE NXT and part of the Meta Girls. This was her first Royal Rumble appearance.
- Shayna Baszler entered at number 11. She is active on WWE Raw and a member of Pure Fusion Collective, but did not declare beforehand.
- Shayna Baszler entered at number 13. She is active on WWE Raw and a member of Pure Fusion Collective, but did not declare beforehand.
- Maxxine Dupri entered at number 14. She is active on WWE Raw. She did not declare beforehand.
- Jaida Parker entered at number 16. She is part of the NXT roster. This was her first Royal Rumble appearance.
- Natalya entered at number 18. She did not declare before, but has been part of every women's Royal Rumble.
- Former TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace entered at number 19. It was announced that she is officially a member of the WWE roster.
- Michin entered at number 20. She is active on WWE SmackDown, but did not declare beforehand.
- Alexa Bliss entered at number 21, making her return after being off television for two years.
- Stephanie Vaquer entered at number 24. She is part of WWE NXT. This was her first women's Royal Rumble appearance.
- Trish Stratus entered at number 25. This was her second appearance in the women's Royal Rumble and first match since September 2023.
- NXT Women's Champion Giulia entered at number 28. This was her first time competing in the women's Royal Rumble.
- Nikki Bella entered at number 30. This was her first match since 2022 and third appearance in the Royal Rumble.
