Liv Morgan: I’m Proud Of My Time With The Riott Squad

Liv Morgan is proud of the Riott Squad.

In 2017, Morgan made her main roster debut alongside Ruby Riott (Ruby Soho) and Sarah Logan. The group, known as the Riott Squad, dominated both Raw and SmackDown for nearly two years.

After the end of the group, Morgan started to pick up steam as a singles star. In 2022, Morgan captured her first ever championship, defeating Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women's Championship. Since then, Morgan has also notched two reigns with the Women's Tag Team Championships and is currently the WWE Women's World Champion.

While speaking to The Ringer Wrestling Show for a new interview, Morgan reflected on her time with the group and said that she's proud of the work rate that they had at the time.

“I’m proud of all of my time with the Riott Squad. I built such a relationship with those girls and we were thrown into this group and we worked so hard to make it as great as we can be and it was also some of the most fun times of my career. We worked every single TV, every single live event, we were just on the go. I’m really proud of the work rate that we did together but also just what we did together, the friendships that we created together, the bond that was created together.”

Ruby Soho is currently out of action, as she gave birth back in October. Sarah Logan, now known as Valhalla, is also currently out of action, as she is due to have her second child this month.

Elsewhere in the interview, Morgan talked about the women's roster in NXT and a possible appearance on the brand. Check out her full comments by clicking here.
