Liv Morgan: Jade Cargill Is A Star, But She Wasn't Ready For Liv Morgan

Liv Morgan comments on eliminating Jade Cargill.

Liv Morgan made her return to WWE in the women's Royal Rumble, entering at number 30. Morgan had been sidelined since July 2023 with a shoulder injury according to WWE.

Morgan was the final woman eliminated from the match, and stole headlines from Jade Cargill be eliminating the former AEW TBS Champion in the bout.

Speaking on WWE's The Bump, Morgan commented on being the runner up for a second straight year and eliminating Cargill.

“I think I love it for me because that means I didn’t digress. I had half a year off, and I came back, and I jumped right in to where I left off, and I eliminated Jade. That was [laughs], she wasn’t ready for Liv. She’s a star, and she’s gonna be a star. She’s gonna be a bigger star than she even is now, but she wasn’t ready for Liv. Most people aren’t," she said.

Cargill has not signed with either Raw or SmackDown after making her in-ring debut at WWE Royal Rumble.
