Logan Paul returns to Raw.
Logan Paul returned to Monday Night Raw after agreeing to face Rey Mysterio for the WWE United States Championship at WWE Crown Jewel. Paul would quickly be interrupted by Rey's son, Dominik Mysterio. Unlike when they faced each other in a tag team match at WrestleMania 38, Logan and Dom were getting along swimmingly thanks to their common enemy, Dom's legendary father.
Logan then invited Samantha Irvin into the ring. Dominik Mysterio and Logan Paul tried to get Samantha Irvin to practice announcing Paul as the new WWE United States Champion. She refused and their persistence brought out her fiance, Ricochet, who hit the ring to reignite his rivalry with Logan Paul.

Ricochet would clear the ring of both Logan and Dominik, before checking on Irvin.
Later in the episode, Rhea Ripley tells Mysterio that they will deal with Ricochet next week.

Logan Paul defeated Ricochet at WWE SummerSlam, utilizing brass knuckles to get the job done.
