Luke Jacobs has won Super Strong Style 16.

Over the course of the past two days, the Progress Super Strong Style 16 tournament has been taking place, with the competition culminating in a final between Luke Jacobs and Ricky Knight Jr on Monday. Progress World Champion Kid Lykos would be present on commentary for the matchup, with the winner earning a title shot in the future.

The match was a back and forth affair and both men emptied the tank to try and become the winner of the tournament. Despite a referee bump and a low blow, Ricky Knight Jr would kick out at one, but in the end would not be able to survive a pair of brutal lariat's from Jacobs, handing the Super Strong Style 16 victory to Luke.

After the match, Jacobs would beckon Lykos to the ring, but would quickly exit once Lykos entered. Jacobs defeated Mike D, Kid Lykos II, Eddie Dennis and finally Ricky Knight Jr. to win the tournament.
