Mariah May doesn't just want Mina Shirakawa; she needs her.
On the September 11th episode of AEW Dynamite, AEW Women's World Champion Mariah May asked Mina Shirakawa to come back. She then said that she wanted Shirakawa on the September 14th episode of AEW Collision.
On September 18th, Mariah May took to Twitter/X and shared pictures of herself and Mina Shirakawa. In one post, she said that she wanted Mina. But in the next post, May wrote that she needed Shirakawa, and she tagged her.

Shirakawa was previously part of the storyline between May and Toni Storm ahead of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door. Storm beat her at the pay-per-view to retain the title. Shirakawa later returned to AEW television and said that she loved both of them.
As of this writing, there is no word on when Mina Shirakawa will return to AEW television.
