Mark Briscoe And Lucha Brothers vs. Varsity Athletes And Daivari Set For AEW Revolution: Zero Hour

Mark Briscoe will be in action on AEW Revolution: Zero Hour.

On the February 22 episode of AEW Dynamite, Mark Briscoe interfered in the Tag Team Battle Royale and cost Tony Nese and Ari Daivari the match, as he chased Josh Woods and distracted the duo long enough for the Lucha Brothers (Rey Fenix & Penta El Zero Miedo) to eliminate them. The following week, on the March 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, Woods, Nese and Daivari attacked the Lucha Brothers during the Tag Team Casino Royale.

Mark Briscoe addressed the situation in an interview on the March 3 episode of AEW Rampage; he stated that he got confused before he ran to the ring, as he thought his brother, Jay Briscoe, was in the match. When he remembered that Jay had passed away, he got fired up and took the fight to Woods. Knowing they had a common enemy, he joined forces with the Lucha Brothers, and Alex Abrahantes issued the challenge for a match at AEW Revolution. A trios bout between the teams was confirmed for AEW Revolution: Zero Hour on March 5.

The card for AEW Revolution: Zero Hour is below.
