Mark Briscoe steps up to Samoa Joe.
Following his victory over Tony Deppen on the March 9 episode of ROH TV, Samoa Joe laid out an open challenge for anyone in the locker room to step up and face for the ROH TV Title. Mark Briscoe quickly answered the challenge and said any day he could fight a Briscoe is a good day.
Mark Briscoe also noted the TV Title is "his destiny."
