Mark Briscoe finally got the memo that Pluto is no longer a planet.
Though many grew up knowing Pluto as a planet, that changed in 2006 when the International Astronomical Union (IAU) formally redefined the term planet to exclude dwarf planets such as Pluto.
Mark Briscoe is just now learning this information.

When I was a kid it was…now my daughter brings home a paper about making a solar system diarama for science…and Pluto is not listed among the other planets
