Marshall Von Erich has been sidelined since September 2024 due to a pec injury.
He, his brother Ross Von Erich, and Dustin Rhodes have remained ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champions despite the injury and the Von Erichs not competing.
Speaking on The Claw podcast, Marshall revealed that he is currently 100%.
"I'm 100%," he said when asked how he's feeling. "I was hurt. I was hurt in September, I partially ripped my pec. Ross and I have been training like crazy. Honestly, I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever felt. I needed to lose some weight anyway. I was getting pretty heavy. I was just bulking up and overdoing it to a point where my muscles were getting really tense. It's good for me to be a little lighter so I can stretch and be flexible because I'm naturally a pretty stiff person."
It is unknown when the Von Erichs will return to the ring.
Elsewhere during the interview, The Von Erichs revealed they have signed with AEW. You can find their full comments by clicking here.
