Matt Cardona will not be in Seattle for GCW Take Kare after suffering a minor ankle injury at Ring of Honor Final Battle 2024.
Matt Cardona likes to say that he is "Alwayz Ready" but he's going to skip the December 28 GCW Take Kare event in Seattle, Washington so he can heal a minor ankle issue and be ready to show the world "The Complete" Matt Cardona throughout 2025. Cardona says he suffered the injury during his Ring of Honor World Championship match against Chris Jericho at ROH Final Battle 2024 on December 20.
Cardona announced the news on social media.

I messed up my ankle last weekend at ROH.
