When Chelsea Green won the WWE Women's United States Championship at WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, she received an outpouring of support from talent across all promotions.
Green has often been praised by her peers for always making the most of her television time.
Speaking on the Lightweights podcast, Maxxine Dupri was asked who is the most uplifting in the women's locker room.
"For me, definitely Chelsea. Chelsea is someone that, and I've seen it time and time again with people that she's close with and people that she's not close with. If someone needs something or is struggling, that girl will call the President of the United States and be like, 'I have the girl for you.' She will uplift you. We were texting about the Rumble and she's like, 'I have the perfect boots for you to wear.' Her wrestling boots. She did that for me last Rumble, she let me wear her boots because they matched my gear. She has no sense of jealousy. She is so secure in who she is, rightfully so, she's 10 out of 10 in all categories. It makes it so fun to be such close friends with her because she constantly lifts everyone up around her. That's the reason why you see the entire roster is so happy for her. It's not just one person. We are all like, 'She is so deserving of this moment.' It's so cool to finally see her shine," said Maxxine.
Chelsea is the longest-reigning WWE Women's United States Champion.
