Yet another championship unification match is slated for NXT Worlds Collide.
Not only will the men’s NXT Championship be unified on September 4, but now, a Triple Threat Match will unify the NXT and NXT UK Women's Championship.
The catalyst for all of this, Blair Davenport successfully debuted in NXT against Indi Hartwell. Afterwards, she declared herself the number one Contender for the NXT Women's Championship because she was the number one Contender for the NXT UK Women's Championship. Mandy Rose came out to accept her challenge but they were both interrupted by Meiko Satomura, who had no problem challenging both to a triple threat match at Worlds Collide. It was quickly made official.
