A milestone for Meiko Satomura.
Meiko Satomura has hit one year as NXT UK Women's Champion. Satomura won the title on the June 10, 2021 episode of NXT UK when she defeated Kay Lee Ray (Alba Fyre). The match was taped prior to June 10, but that is when the title win aired on television.
During her year as champion, Satomura has successfully defended the title against the likes of Jinny, Xia Brookside, Blair Davenport, and Isla Dawn. Overall, she has made nine successful defenses of her title.
She most recently defended the title against Ivy Nile on the June 9 episode of NXT UK.
