In the commercial, the two are staked outside the State Farm Arena, which is the venue for the event.

“As a lifelong fan of the WWE it was an honor to work with the legend and undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes on bringing the iconic Bad Blood back home to Atlanta, Georgia. Cody’s story is inspiring to me, as I’m sure it is to millions of others and I’m very excited for October 5th so the world can see what we’ve been cooking up!" Metro told Variety.

WWE has not used the PLE name "Bad Blood" since 2004.

The first-ever Bad Blood event took place in 1997 and was headlined by Shawn Michaels against The Undertaker in the first-ever Hell in a Cell match.
