A special guest referee has been added to Sunday's Hell in a Cell bout.
Mick Foley announced on Raw that he will put on the zebra stripes and serve as the special guest referee for the Universal Title match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman on Sunday.
Foley, adding his name to the list of Hall of Famers to interrupt Elias, appeared on Raw to "celebrate" the 20th Anniversary of his Hell in a Cell bout against the Undertaker. After speaking a bit about the past, Foley wanted to focus on the future. And his immediate future is trying to contain the violence between Reigns and Strowman when the two are locked inside the cell.
Monday marked Foley's first appearance on Raw since being fired as General Manager in March 2017.
