Mickie James is scheduled to return to the ring.
James' first match since February has been scheduled for the Association Biterroise de Catch" Festival International De Catch" in France on July 8; she will compete in the Jean Corne Cup against Aurora Teves.
James responded to the news by saying she can't wait to travel to France and believes her first match back will be a true challenge.

Absolutely honoured to get to share the ring with @MickieJames in France next weekend. Anyone who has watched me wrestle can see Mickie James is clearly a massive inspiration to me and now it's time to turn the page and make her one of my rivals -- https://t.co/YMWupm9EiS

Due to a fractured rib and a shoulder injury, James had no choice but to forfeit the IMPACT Knockouts World Championship on April 13. James hasn't wrestled since the IMPACT Wrestling tapings on February 26.
Mickie James' husband, Nick Aldis, recently noted that she was cleared to compete.
Our premium Fightful Select service was able to provide more information, noting that James was slated to stay with IMPACT at least through the summer but is technically still a free agent.
Mickie James recently filed a new trademark related to wrestling "masterclasses." Learn more here.
