Mina Shirakawa is looking forward to facing Mercedes Mone.
At AEW x NJPW Wrestle Dynasty, Mercedes Mone and Mina Shirakawa will look to capture more gold, as they will battle in a Title vs. Title match. Mone's NJPW STRONG Women's Championship and Shirakawa's RevPro British Women's Championship will be up for grabs in this bout, with the winner taking home both titles.
While chatting with Justin Barrasso for a new interview, Shirakawa said that it's been her dream to wrestle Mone for the past number of years. Shirakawa also stated that she wants to take the NJPW STRONG belt from 'The C.E.O'.
“We’ve been friends for the last four or five years, and it’s been my dream to wrestle Mercedes. We met when she came to Japan, and we’ve been close ever since. It’s time for us to finally wrestle. I’m very excited for the match, and I want to be the champion with the New Japan Strong title belt.”
