Miro has returned.
During the June 1 episode of AEW Dynamite, Johnny Elite issued an open challenge to the AEW locker room which was answered by Miro. Before coming to the ring, a vignette aired during which Miro said he is physically flawless and is coming to fight alongside his fellow man. As for his God, however, Miro is angry that he was separated from his gold and is coming for his God's home.
Miro had trouble getting his offense going in the early going but was eventually able to defeat Johnny and pick up the win on his return.

Miro has been largely off TV since last fall when he sustained a hamstring injury, although he did answer the call to serve as a replacement in a title contender tournament. Outside of that, Miro hadn't wrestled since September 30, and his promo vignettes stopped airing on TV.
