Awe-ska is truly awesome.
The team of the WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz and the undefeated "Empress Of Tomorrow" Asuka were an impressive team on paper and were impressive over the course of the Mixed Match Challenge tournament. Tonight, the finals of the tournament took place as "Awe-Ska" took on the "Robe Warriors" Bobby Roode and the SmackDown Live Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, who will defend her title this Sunday at WrestleMania 34 against Asuka.
The end of this contest saw The Miz pin "The Glorious One" keeping Asuka's winning streak intact heading into WrestleMania, securing the Mixed Match Challenge tournament, and also securing $100,000 for their charity 'Rescue Dogs Rock'. Team "Awe-Ska" will now go down in the history books as the first-ever winners of the Mixed Match Challenge tournament.
