MJF won't give Adam Cole what he wants
Just days after making his return to AEW at WrestleDream, Adam Cole opened the October 16 edition of AEW Dynamite, much to the approval of the San Jose crowd. Cole skipped talk about his recovery and return in favor of talking about MJF and how he's the worst human being in the world. Cole explained his previous actions against MJF as a way of fighting evil with evil.
Cole then criticized MJF for not caring about AEW, stating that he only cares about himself. Cole also said that MJF's hair and brash attitude are both fake, which makes him a scared insecure boy in reality.
MJF's music hit, but Cole was left hanging, as the former AEW World Champion didn't show face. Instead, MJF appeared in a pre-taped promo on screen and quickly recapped the history of their friendship and feud. MJF ended his promo by stating that Cole will never get to wrestle him in a match and will be forced to die with unfulfilled vengeance.
Adam Cole responded to MJF by telling him that he can run, but he can't hide. Cole finished the segment by telling MJF that he's going to give him the ass beating of a lifetime and make him wish that they'd never met.
It's not IF it is going to happen, but WHEN is Adam Cole going to get his hands on MJF.
