Four bouts are set for the July 1 episode of AEW Saturday Collision.
AEW World Champion, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, doesn't only wrestle on Wednesdays anymore. During the June 24 episode of AEW Saturday Collision, it was announced that the champion would make his in-ring debut on the new program next week, July 1. This debut will happen regardless of whether or not Max retains the title against Hiroshi Tanahashi.
The other three matches on July 1 will all be part of the men's Owen Hart Foundation Memorial Cup Tournament. First, Samoa Joe will face an old rival in Roderick Strong. Also, Juice Robinson takes on his present-day rival, Ricky Starks, and Dustin Rhodes will take on Powerhouse Hobbs.
