Lyons was part of the NXT Women's Title Number One Contendership Battle Royal at NXT New Year's Evil on January 10.
Lyons suffered a partial MCL tear and an MCL sprain in May 2022, which caused her to be removed from the NXT Women's Breakout Tournament. She missed just over a month of action with the injury.
