The North American Wrestling Alliance has returned as of December 2020. Ahead of their initial event in December, Jingle Brawl, the promotion's parent company, Top Contenders Inc., applied to trademark the following terms:
* No Remorse
* Scorned
* Glorified
* Slam Jam
The following description was given for all four:

G & S: Entertainment services, namely, producing wrestling exhibitions and contests; organization, arranging and conducting of wrestling exhibitions and contests; entertainment services, namely, producing video programs featuring wrestling exhibitions and contests; entertainment services, namely, distributing video programs featuring wrestling exhibitions and contests by online video streaming
