The Family will defend the gold on the August 15 episode of WWE NXT.
As announced on the August 8 episode, The Family (Tony D'Angelo & Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo) will defend the NXT Tag Team Championship against The Dyad (Jagger Reid & Rip Fowler). The two teams squared off on August 8 when The Dyad, along with Joe Gacy and Ava, were looking for The Creed Brothers (Brutus & Julius Creed), and the champions saved Ivy Nile from the group.
In another high-stakes match, Wes Lee will face Dijak in an NXT Championship #1 Contender Match. The winner will challenge NXT Carmelo Hayes for the gold at NXT Heatwave on August 22.

Plus, Dana Brooke will face Blair Davenport, and Trick Williams will take on Drew Gulak.
