During the June 13 episode of AEW Collision, Nyla Rose accepted the open challenge of Mercedes Mone for Dynamite 250 on July 17. In a promo with Lexy Nair, Nyla ran down her accomplishments and defeated Ava Lawless to pick up a strong win en route to her championship match.
