Oba Femi hopes Uncle Dwayne comes to NXT again.
The Rock made his first appearance on NXT at NXT New Year's Evil. He appeared in a backstage segment and addressed the fans at the end of the show.
Speaking with Scott Fishman of TV Insider, NXT Champion Oba Femi commented on The Rock appearing at NXT New Year's Evil, and he was asked whether he got the chance to talk to him.
"Everyone knows who Rock is. I watched the Rock growing up. He is definitely a great entertainer and professional wrestler. He did tell me congratulations. We crossed paths. There was unfortunately not enough time for us to have a full chat and for him to give me some nuggets. Hopefully, this wasn’t the last time he makes an appearance on NXT. I know for sure it won’t be the last time I come across him. The next time we do I know we’ll have more of a conversation," Femi said.
As of this writing, it is not known when or if The Rock will return to NXT.
