OTT Wrestling Announces Staff And Policy Changes

Over The Top Wrestling has announced new staff members and policy changes in the aftermath of the Speaking Out movement. 

The promotion appointed Anne O Brien as the head of talent relations. Anne will deal with any talent issues and work closely with the OTT training schools in Belfast and Dublin.

OTT is also updating its safety procedures, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures. All management, talent, and staff will now undergo Garda vetting, which is a background check completed by the National Vetting Bureau. 

New board members will also meet monthly to discuss the current Irish wrestling scene and no one who has been accused for sexual misconduct will appear in an OTT ring until investigations are complete. OTT has already cut ties with David Starr, who was the World Champion in the promotion. 

OTT is also launching the School of Wrestling NI in the coming months with the focus being on providing a safe environment for trainees. Session Moth Martina will be part of the coaching staff.
