Like so many others in sports media, Pat McAfee weighed in on the Caitlin Clark conversation during his show on Monday, June 3.
McAfee praised Clark, but referred to her as a "white bitch" during his "hot take" segment where he dismissed the rest of the WNBA rookie class.
McAfee issued an apology to Clark, and on social media, trying to explain that he was being complimentary with his words.
Monday's Pat McAfee Show opened with a Caitlin Clark PowerPoint:

"I would like the media people that continue to say, 'This rookie class, this rookie class, this rookie class'. Nah, just call it for what it is — there's one white bitch for the Indiana team who is a superstar." pic.twitter.com/psGNQXts5O
I shouldn’t have used “white bitch” as a descriptor of Caitlin Clark. No matter the context.. even if we’re talking about race being a reason for some of the stuff happening.. I have way too much respect for her and women to put that into the universe.

On Monday's WWE Raw, McAfee was referred to as the "always controversial" by his fellow announcer Michael Cole.
When Braun Strowman came out, McAfee noted that Strowman is "one big white son of a bitch."
McAfee has been calling Strowman "a big son of a bitch" for weeks, to the point where WWE has made merchandise using the phrase.
