Paul Wight hopes to wrestle in his hometown.
AEW will head to Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, SC for the March 30 episode of AEW Dynamite. The April 1 episode of AEW Rampage and the March 28 episode of AEW Dark: Elevation will also be taped on that night
Being his hometown, Paul Wight is hoping to be on the card and in the ring.
"I'm really hoping that a lot of fans will come out and experience AEW and see the difference. Myself, I'm talking to Tony Khan, I can't exactly go book myself, but I'm trying real hard to get a match going so I can at least wrestle in my hometown in Columbia. I'm looking forward to competing that night. If not, I'll definitely be there doing Elevation and doing commentary," he said on the Rob Brown Show.
Wight hasn't wrestled since the October 25 episode of AEW Dark: Elevation when he defeated Arjun Singh, Carlie Bravo & Cole Karter in a handicap match.
