The 2024 Women's Universal Title Tourney Finals are set.
CMLL hosted on Friday, October 11, 2024, a new episode of "Viernes Espectacular" from the mythical Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. The show was headlined by Phase Two of CMLL's annual tournament to crown the Women's Universal Champion. The finals are now set.
Phase Two of the tourney featured Tessa Blanchard, Lluvia, Sanely, Reyna Isis, Skadi, Kira, Tabata, Valkyria, Hera, and Persephone going at it for a spot in the finals against the winner of Phase One, CMLL Women's World Champion Zeuxis. After an intense bout, it would end up being Persephone who ended up walking out on top after laying out Lluvia with a Razor's Edge.
Lluvia will face Zeuxis in the tournament finals on the 10/18 edition of CMLL Viernes Espectacular. Fightful will have updates on the card for that show as information is unveiled.
