Piper Niven Named 'Doudrop' By Eva Marie, Leaves Eva Hanging In Money In The Bank Qualifier

Karma came quickly for Eva Marie.

After only one week as Eva Marie’s protege, Piper Niven, who was named Doudrop by the Total Divas original, there are already cracks in the foundation of this partnership.

Eva Marie revealed her new protege’s name in a backstage segment but Piper Niven did not seem to respond well to her new name.

Later, in a Money in the Bank qualifying tag team match, the newly-christened Doudrop was soundly handling both Naomi and Asuka by herself when Eva Marie decided to tag herself in because she believed the damage had been done.

Immediately upon Naomi kicking out, Eva tried to tag in Doudrop and that is when the former NXT UK competitor dropped off the apron as Eva had done earlier in the match reading to Naomi getting a rollup victory she and Asuka heading to the Money in the Bank Ladder Match on June 18.
