Pretty Deadly: We've Heard Rumors That Lin-Manuel Miranda Loves The Script For Our Musical

Lin-Manuel Miranda is apparently a big fan of Pretty Deadly's musical.

For months now, the duo of Elton Prince and Kit Wilson have been pitching and talking about their idea for a musical. The idea has not been received well backstage, as Nick Aldis and other stars have dismissed and disregarded the duo's attempts at getting the show off the ground.

In a new interview with Virgin Radio UK, Prince and Wilson jokingly claimed that Lin-Manuel Miranda has seen the script for the musical, noting that they've heard rumors of him loving it.

Elton Prince: “We’re very excited about working on it, I think it’s going to be something very exciting. We have heard rumors, although he’s not contacted us himself, but Lin Manuel Miranda loves the script.”

Kit Wilson: “Lin Manuel came to a SmackDown recently and yeah, we had a moment, we had a moment on-screen, we shared it. We passed him our current draft. He’s a bit of a massager, he massages, he gonna clean up some edges.”

Elton Prince: “Yeah, he’s going to work with it for a bit.”

Kit Wilson: “You’re right though, he’s not contacted us.”

Elton Prince: “It’s weird that everyone keeps telling us that he thinks it’s like a Tony award winning idea but we haven’t heard from him.”
