James Riley pleads guilty but will not spend time in prison.
SILive.com reports James Riley pled guilty to possession of child pornography in the New York state Supreme Court. He was arrested last year on the charges and was accused of possession of ten inappropriate images of children.
Under his plea agreement, Riley will spend five days in jail, be on two years of supervised probation, and will have to register with the state government as a sexual predator.
Riley's lawyer spoke with SILive and said Riley is ready to move on from this ugly situation.
"Mr. Riley looks forward to putting this matter behind him and moving on with his life," said Andrew Weinstein, Riley's lawyer.
Since his arrest, Riley has not performed in the professional wrestling ring but before that he was seen mostly in midwestern and east coast promotions under the moniker "Rude Boy" Riley. He was fired from his fitness training job and pulled from all of his booking when he was arrested. His last match was in Rhode Island three days before his arrest.
