Queen Aminata issues a challenge.
On the Zero Hour pre-show ahead of AEW All Out, Skye Blue appeared and commented on her injury, as she had been sidelined with a broken ankle. Blue, who was on crutches, said that she was working hard on her recovery. AEW Women's World Champion Mariah May interrupted Blue and kicked her crutch out from underneath her. She started to attack Blue, but Queen Aminata ran in for the save.
In a digital exclusive, Queen Aminata challenged Mariah May to face her on the September 11th episode of AEW Dynamite.
"Mariah May, so you want to pick on somebody with a broken ankle? Well, why don’t you pick on somebody with two good ankles and more juice than you could ever handle? I also know one day, Skye Blue’s going to kick your ass, but this Wednesday, I’m going to do it first. So Mariah, you can be the champion, you can be The Glamour, but you will never, never be the one and only Queen," Aminata said.
As of this writing, AEW has not confirmed a match between Mariah May and Queen Aminata for the September 11th episode of AEW Dynamite. Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.
