Randy Orton wants to settle the debate.
Who is the greatest third-generation superstar in WWE History? Ahead of Friday's SmackDown debut on Fox, Randy Orton took to social meet to propose a showdown with The Rock to find out on the grandest stage of them all.
.@TheRock I see you will be at #SmackdownOnFox this Friday. How about you & I have a discussion about who’s the greatest 3rd generation of all time and we answer that question April 5th in Tampa At Wrestlemania 36. A vipers sense of smell is unmatched. I smell what you’re cooking

As of this writing, Rock has not responded to the challenge.
Orton and The Rock previously shared the ring at WrestleMania 20 when Evolution (Orton, Batista, and Ric Flair) took on The Rock N Sock Connection (The Rock & Mick Foley) in a Handicap match. Evolution won the match when Orton pinned Foley.
The Rock is scheduled to be part of Friday's SmackDown premiere on Fox. Orton has not been announced for the show but is part of the SmackDown brand.
Fightful will have live coverage of WWE SmackDown beginning at 8 p.m. ET on Oct. 4.
