The RKO out of nowhere has taken on a life of its own, but in most cases it's in good fun between people who are in on the spot.
Except in the case of one individual who posted a video of himself going around the town to RKO unsuspecting suspects, including a person on crutches and another who appeared to be blind.

Folks, leave the RKO to the professionals or at least do it in safe confines with people who know what's actually going on.
