The build up to Wrestlemania has brought viewers to Raw.
For the third week in a row, all three hours of Raw averaged at least 3 million viewers according to ShowBuzz Daily. It has been typical of Raw this year to dip below 3 million viewers in the last hour or two. The first hour of last night's episode had the highest viewer average of any hour of the last three weeks with 3.5 million viewers and there was a small drop off over the next two hours but similar to those of the previous two weeks besides the March 12th episode which had no drop off in the third hour.
This week's viewership was the following:
Hour 1: 3,547,000 viewers with 1.21 million in the 18-49 year old demographic.
Hour 2: 3,403,000 viewers with 1.18 million in the 18-49 year old demographic.
Hour 3: 3,150,000 viewers with 1.12 million in the 18-49 year old demographic.
No other cable original show averaged 3 million viewers on Monday and WWE dominated the 18 to 49 year old demographic with no other show getting 1 million viewers in the demographic.
On YouTube, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns brawling at the beginning of the show received over 3 million views since WWE uploaded the video during Raw. Ronda Rousey having a confrontation with Absolution garnered nearly 2 million views. John Cena's match with Kane and his call out of the Undertaker each individually got over 1 million views. The long awaited locker room brawl between best friends Bayley and Sasha Banks also received 1 million views.
