NXT's cool visual appears to have cost 205 Live.
According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, the reason WWE 205 Live did not air on November 22 is due to the closing segments of SmackDown where Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and road Dogg lead the NXT roster into the Allstate arena for tonight's show-closing brawl between all three brands.
In case it’s not evident at this point, sources implied to me earlier today that 205 Live was cancelled tonight due to the big end of show angle with DX leading an NXT invasion on SmackDown — not the show being in jeopardy of getting cancelled permanently.

Of course, the 205 live brand is now underneath the NXT umbrella and therefore names like Angel Garza and Isaiah Scott were used in the closing brawl at the end of SmackDown.

In its place, WWE Network aired this week's episode of NXT once again. This week's episode of NXT also featured a show-closing brawl with Tommaso Ciampa and Seth Rollins taking center stage.
After SmackDown, D-Generation X members Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and Road Dogg had fun at the expense of King Corbin.
